Your first contact is free of charge. It is an opportunity for us to discuss your issues and decide together if this work is right for you. If not, it may be possible for me to offer advice on other therapeutic options to explore.

If we do decide to work together we will agree on a short term contract of approximately six sessons. You may pay for these in advance or one at a time, on a session to session basis. Some individuals seek a longer term contract for ongoing personal development, which is also possible, on request.
